One room down, kinda...

Alright, here is the entry how it looked before



I pulled up the carpet to find a layer of stinky, think if tar came in Hickory scent, black crap. This is 'mid-scrape'. Thankfully piece by piece it all came up.



And, if you put the shiny new (and by new I mean old) floors, with the new wallpaper...

This is what you get! It still needs baskets and a rug, to be filled with coats etc. but it gets the idea across.



Huge improvement from the doilies and red carpet.
